Cada solicitud de soporte es asignada a un único código de ticket con el cual usted podrá usarlo para rastrear el progreso y respuesta en linea.Para su referencia le proveemos archivos completos y la historia de todos sus requerimientos de soporte. Para enviarle la información del ticket es necesario que se use una cuenta de email.
